Art. 97

1) In erster Instanz wird die ordentliche Gerichtsbarkeit durch das Fürstliche Landgericht in Vaduz, in zweiter Instanz durch das Fürstliche Obergericht in Vaduz und in dritter Instanz durch den Fürstlichen Obersten Gerichtshof ausgeübt.

2) Die Organisation der ordentlichen Gerichte, das Verfahren und die Gerichtsgebühren werden durch das Gesetz bestimmt.

1) Ordinary administration of justice shall be carried out in the first instance by the Princely Court of Justice in Vaduz, in the second instance by the Princely Court of Appeal in Vaduz, and in third instance by the Princely Supreme Court.

2) The organization of the ordinary Courts, their procedures, and the court fees shall be laid down by law.
